Where's Laughin' Larry

Nobody knows exactly when Laughin Larry first appeared.

According to historical records, Larry began years ago as the official alias used by hooligan during legendary prank call operations. Hotel rooms, bars, friends, and unsuspecting victims would receive calls from “Larry” claiming to be:

• the front desk 
• hotel security 
• maintenance 
• or various completely fake authorities investigating “serious complaints.” 

Examples included:

“Hi, this is Larry from the front desk… we’ve received multiple reports of excessive nonsense coming from your room.”
 

Over time, “Larry” became the unofficial mascot and alter ego of Rummy Nation and Nonsense Inc. 

The now-iconic Laughin Larry image… and the legend was born.

Today, Larry stickers have been spotted:

• in bars 
• restaurants 
• bathrooms 
• ceilings 
• jukeboxes 
• sporting events 
• and suspicious corners across the country. 

Some are hidden in plain sight.
Others require elite-level Rummy vision.
